Information We Do Not Collect

Rootstock does not collect, store, or manage customer databases belonging to nurseries. Customers who contact nurseries through marketplace listings do so directly with the nursery. Any customer information exchanged outside the Rootstock platform remains the responsibility of the respective nursery.

3. Marketplace Functionality

Rootstock provides a marketplace where nurseries can publish plant listings. Interested buyers are connected directly with the nursery. Rootstock acts only as a technology platform facilitating visibility of listings and does not participate in transactions, negotiations, payments, or customer relationship management between buyers and nurseries.

4. Data Access

Authorized Rootstock personnel may access nursery operational data, including plant records, status updates, inventory information, and project allocations, solely for:

• Providing technical support.
• Troubleshooting platform issues.
• Maintaining system integrity and security.
• Improving product functionality.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
